The Easy Way to Stop Smoking - How to Stop Smoking in 24 Hours Or Less


Do you really want to stop smoking?
Have you tried to stop smoking time and time again, but you still can resist lighting up another?
It has been proven over and over that smoking is not physically addicting. So why do you miss it? ... Why do you crave it?... Why do you keep doing something proven deadly in so many ways?
The reason you can't stop smoking once and for all is... you don't really want to stop. Don't get me wrong; you might have a hundred reasons why you want to stop, but your subconscious mind associates pleasure, relief, relaxation, nostalgia, comfort, social acceptance, or some other pleasurable benefit to smoking. In other words, your subconscious mind believes you should smoke. Your logical, analytical, and deliberate actions occur from your conscious mind, but your thoughts, values, and beliefs reside in your subconscious mind... and these are the true drivers for who you are and what you do... especially for habitual actions you do without thinking... such as smoking.
So, the secret to the easy way to stop smoking is to convince your subconscious mind you no longer want to smoke, it is not pleasurable, and smoking is actually bad for you. And the best way to communicate and transform the thoughts and beliefs in your subconscious mind is through hypnosis.
Hypnosis is not magical or mystical; it's simply a way to set aside your conscious mind and communicate directly to your subconscious. Thus, if you truly want to stop smoking today...within 24 hours... the only way to do it permanently is to convince your subconscious mind that smoking is not pleasurable and you do not want to smoke; and there is no better way to do that than through hypnosis.
But Wait!... Maybe you are one of those people who can not be hypnotized. We all know that smoking is one of those habits that is tough to break. You need to break the actual habit of smoking, the act of taking a puff, the feeling of actually using a cigarette.
